Excellent facility and we were so close to the water. The views are spectacular from the condo|Liked that the place had multiple elevators and a baggage cart that made arrival very easy. |The place is in close proximity to Destin and surrounding areas.

Large 2 bedroom lockoff with all the kitchen amenities. Mattresses in both bedrooms worn out and caused major low back pain. The place is older and needs updating. Forgot to add the 4 hours we spent listening to a very young unprofessional sales person about upgrades we can buy, a credit card we can get, to have a better experience and preferred choice of location and even an ambassador at the new level.. She even brought in her manager and he avoided the questions we had.. The experience was high pressure and awful. If I'd run my business like Wyndham, I would not have any customers.

Majestic Sun has everything you need for a great vacation. The rooms offered everything from a beautiful view of the ocean and white sand beaches! Indoor and outdoor pools! Great customer service and friendly staff! All the rooms offered kitchens and separate bedrooms! I highly recommend Majestic Sun!

I am an owner. We bought into Club Access this past summer. Carl Richardson "Rich" sold us the package and he said he was going to be our ambassador helping us navigate a timeshare. Well... he LIED! I have called him several times only to hear that he will call me later in the day that never happened. If you go to one of their morning sessions beware. Wydam doesn't seem to be any better than when I bought in 20+ years ago. What a shame! UPDATE TO RESPONSE BELOW. It doesnt appear that I can respond below. I did reach out prior to writing the review. The lady stated I would need to speak directly to Rich. I explained that was the issue... he would not return calls. She stated she would pass along my mobile number to your leadership team but they too would not returned my call. Very disrespectful. ... Jim
